| 用法用量 | 60mg/m(2)/week. Beyond 3rd administration, increase the dose to 80mg/m(2)/week, except in patients whose neutropil count dropped once below 500/mm(3) or more than once between 500-1000/mm(3) during the 1st 3 administrations at 60mg/m(2). |
